WinnCompanies Elevates 11 Leaders Across Development, Property Management and Corporate Functions

Adam Stein Named WinnDevelopment President; Larry Curtis Named Chairman

Boston (January 14, 2026) – WinnCompanies, an award-winning national owner, developer and manager of high-impact apartment communities, today announced 11 executive-level appointments and promotions for high-performing team members in corporate, development, property management and human resource roles.

“These individuals are among the 345 team members within our organization whose performance earned them promotions as the company started the new year,” said WinnCompanies CEO Gilbert Winn. “People are the source of our success and it’s fantastic to see so many dedicated, mission-driven team members advance their careers here. The company’s executive appointments and promotions to start 2026 are:

WinnDevelopment

Adam Stein has been appointed President of WinnDevelopment following the appointment of longtime President and Managing Partner Larry Curtis as Chairman of the development company. Stein, who will now be responsible for the company’s daily management, started as a project director for WinnDevelopment in 2009 and most recently served in the Executive Vice President role for five years.
David Ginsberg has been named Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the New York/New Jersey Region for WinnDevelopment. Ginsberg has driven significant growth in new construction and acquisition activity in the region since joining the development company as an Assistant Project Director in 2014. His first stint with WinnDevelopment was as a summer intern in 2013.
Andrew Colbert has been named a Senior Vice President for WinnDevelopment after serving three years as a Vice President. First hired in 2014, Colbert is leading permitting and overseeing the construction effort for the redevelopment of the Mary Ellen McCormack public housing complex in South Boston, the largest project in the company’s 55-year history.
Chanda Dawadi has been named as an Associate Vice President for WinnDevelopment. She was hired as a Project Director for the company three years ago and most recently held the role of Senior Project Director.

WinnResidential

Trevor Samios has been named Executive Vice President of Operations Strategy and Solutions for WinnResidential after serving as a Senior Vice President since July 2021. Samios has played an increasingly larger role in operations for the property management company since 2024, when he launched its non-profit affiliate, Connected Communities, to develop and deliver innovative new community-based social impact services to affordable housing residents.
Amy Boucher has been named Vice President of Economic & Strategic Operations for WinnResidential, the company’s property management arm. Boucher is marking her 19th year with the management company. She started as a management trainee and ascended through a series of financial analyst roles and has served as a Senior Director for the last four years.
Angelina Maldonado has been promoted to Divisional Vice President for WinnResidential after serving as a Regional Vice President since June 2022. A key executive for the company’s property management activities in Connecticut and Rhode Island, Maldonado began her career with the company as a property manager in 2009.
David Freyman has been promoted to Vice President of Analytics & Financial Reporting for WinnResidential after serving two years in the Senior Director role. This is Freyman’s sixth promotion since joining the company as a Portfolio Financial Analyst in May 2015.

WinnCompanies

Michael O’Brien has been named Executive Vice President, Head of Partnerships & Government Relations. He has been with the company for twelve years.
Bruce Goldin has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Risk Management and Insurance for WinnCompanies after serving as Vice President since October 2016.
Crystal O'Brien has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for WinnCompanies after serving two years as a Senior Director. O’Brien started with the company in 2014 as a Senior Human Resources Advisor and has ascended through several roles, including compensation and analytics.
